In my years of studying law, a favorite research find of this jurist has been one on Ulysses S. Grant.
This particular gem was found in American Heritage Dictionary and is as follows:

Grant, Ulysses Simpson. Originally Hiram Ulysses Grant. 1822-1885. The 18th President of the United States (1869-1877) and a Civil War general. After his victorious Vicksburg campaign (1862-1863), he was made commander in chief of the Union Army (1864) and accepted the surrender of General Robert E. Lee at Appomattox (1865). Grant's two-term presidency was marred by widespread graft and corruption.

Interesting... A man had held the office of President of the United States who practiced graft and corruption for two terms. Government at the end of a barrel of a gun works well.

Accordingly, let us now look at some common definitions of what is encompassed in Grant's behavior:

Graft, n. Unscrupulous use of one's position to derive profit or advantages; extortion.
Money or an advantage gained or yielded by unscrupulous means. (source )

Corruption, n. Lack of integrity or honesty (especially susceptibility to bribery);
use of a position of trust for dishonest gain. (source )

It might be added, that Grant is the face on the fifty-dollar bill. Quite an honor for someone that practiced such behavior. Perhaps the people behind the money condone such types? After all, the Federal Reserve System by its unlawful currency is making a ton of interest on the debt it creates. As all should know, the post "Civil War" amendment, the Fourteenth, tells us the Public Debt shall not be questioned. Yes, yes, move along, nothing to see here (see Title 12 USC Section 411).

In further reference to the post "Civil War" questionable behavior of which the United States practices, the Supreme Court noted this about Congress in the case of Citizen's Savings & Loan Assn v. Topeka:

To lay, with one hand, the power of the government on the property of the citizen, and with the other to bestow it upon favored individuals to aid private enterprises and build up private fortunes, is none the less robbery because it is done under the form of law and is called taxation. This is not legislation. It is a decree under legislative forms.
       -Citizen's Savings & Loan Assn v. Topeka, 20 Wall (87 US) 655, 664 (1874)

Did the court just reference that Congress are a bunch of thieves? You are reminded that the above referenced case was over one hundred and twenty-five years ago. As it appears, the more recent "corporate" bailouts by the Federal Government seem to be the standard operating procedure of said government... It has just gotten worse over the past 140 years.

So the question is, has anything really changed? Let us look at what is really being supported by Americans...

Benito Mussolini had stated that, "Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power." As many know, Mussolini was considered a fascist dictator. He further stated this in regard to the government that you have, "Democracy is beautiful in theory; in practice it is a fallacy..." and that, "...Fascism is a religious concept."   You are reminded, Thomas Jefferson told us that, "People get the government they deserve."

You see, the two party political system consisting of "Republicans" and "Democrats", vying for your vote at every election, is nothing more than a ruse for fascism.

Simply, the two party system is nothing more than a Divide and Conquer measure. The PushmePullyou creature from Doctor Doolittle aptly describes the current political system. We see how the whimsical creature portrays how the current political system of Democrats and Republicans gets you absolutely nowhere, except exactly where the creators of the creature want you to be... the fascist middle. Of course, all other parties are part of the same animal as well: They also involve you the criminal venture put in place after the Civil War, which most people know as so-called Democracy... more...

Americans, by their voting and acquiescence to this political system, seem to approve of a religion called fascism, which they undoubtedly deserve. You have been told by the government that you are free, but are you? Most Americans are paying upwards of sixty percent of their earnings in taxation. Moreover, most all Americans really do not own anything as most everything they possess is financed, loaned to them by endless permits, licensing, etc. Is this freedom? The people of Egypt (noted in the Bible) were only paying twenty percent in taxes; and they were deemed in bondage (slavery).

IN CLOSING: There are some "factions" out there that say people who speak out against the government or expose the truth are considered "Anti-Government". If that means being against graft and corruption, or simply criminal behavior,
So be it... This jurist is anti-bad government, by which we are now fully surrounded...

All I can say is, It is Not My Government.
