Is there a war on? Why, yes there is. In a sense, but not a kind of war you are thinking of... and the 'Red Faction' are the only ones that can kill people. Actually, they are the ones who are acting under a declaration of war. It is a silent war. An economic one. One that takes your property from you. It is based in controlled education and other means of attack. This undetectable war is operating under the Communist Manifesto, a declaration of war. PAC Warriors fight this war with proper education.

That established, you need to comprehend the militant protestors we see raising havoc are actually set-up by the opposition. Don't be surprised, that is how the adversary works. You will find it is built into the above noted declaration of war. On the other hand, our "army" is peaceful and uses the law against them. In that, to be an effective foot soldier, it is crucial that you understand the battle you are engaged in. It is imperative you learn how operations of this war attacked your law form.

To put it another or softer way, we need Pioneers to blaze a trail to get the Anglo law form back that has been attacked by the proverbial 'Red Faction'. We need that unity to achieve our goals to remove Discerning Souls from the 'Red Vortex'.

To engage an attack on law, first liberty had to replace freedom in the 1800's. With that, a new 'civil law system' was slowly put in place. Americans have been told it would never happen in America. The 'Red Faction' operates on lies and deception.

Death of law brought in socialism... that being authoritarianism. What was done to destroy law was to slowly override common law with equity law. Currently, that is the default 'system of law', which some call a "legal system". This insurgent system is comprised with statute law ─ or civil law ─ that operates on the "thing" called a citizen or "person". The law is bypassed and citizens are ruled by the "whim of the legislature" through agencies and administrative judges, i.e., Socialism. So-called judges now have "opinions" based on "the system" over ruling on matters of law. That's the way the Communist economic system operates as run by an authoritarian 'Red Faction'. A deceptive, deep 'Red Vortex' that amasses profits so the rich get richer.

Those facts aside, law is still there : Dormiunt aliquando leges, nunquam moriuntur. The laws sometimes sleep, but never die. However, those in the 'Communist Association' are under privileges of 'the system' and enjoy liberty and its enslavement. We refer to it as being "Marxized". Republican Freedom is for those who live in a different world or state of existence.

Reconstruction  is where Americans  lost their law. It was progressive. Its death for them is more than certain:
