In 1998, accompanied by the release of The Red Amendment, was the foundation of The People's Awareness Coalition. PAC was formed to challenge the imposition of the New World Order. One of the primary factors recognized by PAC is the transition of the free American people into mere human resources.

PAC was the first group to combine this awareness with the understanding that there is a solution in law. The original intent of The Constitution─that is, the Republican based sovereignty of the states─is what PAC is attempting to restore for all those who wish to join us.

Being as PAC operates 'in law', PACinLaw was founded to educate Americans with the goal of eventually creating change; that is, as Americans regaining our freedom under the rule of law. Specifically, the change that is needed is restoring unregulated sovereignty to the states; power that has been stolen by the federal government. Under the law, this requires that the people of the states correct their nationalities, and become nationals of the states where they live, rather than being of the status noted as 'citizens and nationals of the United States'.

PAC recognizes that this is not a viable or practical option for many people. Due to this fact, the PAC Alliance was formed to organize the people of America to educate others about the freedom that has been stolen from them, and to encourage others to demand that their Republican Freedom be restored under the original aspects of the Constitution. If one is unable at this time to change their nationality, due to practical legal considerations, he or she may still advocate for the social and legal standard where they (as everyone else) can then pursue their intended freedom under the Constitution with no reprisals.

There are three activities PAC has deemed most important:

1) Building local communities (to protect against corporate domination )

2) Correcting people's nationalities (to give them standing under that law )

3) Watching what THEY are doing (in order to better protect ourselves )

Unfortunately, most people focus on #3, which is the least important of the things people can do. With overall unity and unity within our communities and proper standing in law, there can only be success.

The essence of the New World Order is World Communism under "New Age" philosophy.

Remember when George H. W. Bush claimed that the world elite were establishing, "The New World Order"? And, do you also remember when George W. Bush 'drew a line in the sand' and said, "Either you're with us, or [you're against us]"? Well PAC does not support the plan for World Communism (Globalism). And since sides have been drawn ... If you are not with PAC, you are actually supporting World Communism (whether intentional or not).

The law is on our side. PAC recognizes that the subjugation of people and the loss of our freedom under the Fourteenth Amendment is a perversion of international law. This has been achieved through deception and politics, which essentially means that they have to fool and deceive the people in order to implement their agenda. Silence is one of their main weapons. And they count on your silence. If you stay silent, and you do nothing, you are actually helping them dismantle your rights and take away your liberty and freedoms!

We are on the offense... don't be afraid, PAC follows their "rule of law". Unite under PAC.
