QUI VULT DECIPI, DECIPIATUR. Let him who wishes to be deceived, be deceived.
The above is an ancient maxim of law. To most, law is invisible; however, people are affected by it every minute of every day in their lives. People are unaware that they have been indoctrinated since they were children and most refuse to seek a new paradigm.
So the question is:
Have you been deceived; and, are you willing to ignore such fact if true?
In relation to such matters, the People's Awareness Coalition has the seeking of truth as its primary goal. Such is a rare article in the world today. Accordingly, you will find that the Coalition does not discuss a lot of "mainstream" political and legal issues. The reason being centers on one very important issue:
The governments of the states of the American Union are not de jure.
In law, the term "de jure" simply means: Lawful; or, of right. In this alternate (de facto) governmental system people have compromised their principles and have replaced God for chasing false gods of a "democracy".
This "change" took place after the American Civil War with the 14th Amendment of the Constitution being the catalyst. In a generic sense, the amendment created an insurgent, parallel constitutional system that most people are not aware of.
For this alternate constitutional system to maintain a semblance of validity depends on the consent of the people of the states. As noted in the Declaration of Independence, governments are instituted by the consent of the governed. How people unwittingly consent to this new "adverse governmental system" is achieved by the following principles:
1) Outright participation, e.g., participation in elections;
2) The taking of any benefit of the system;
3) Being slothful and not protesting it.
Voting in elections puts an outright "Seal of Approval" on everything this "alternate" governmental system does. As to point two, in example, one that maintains a Social Security Number is going to be consenting to the system. This is tied to the system of law that is denoted as the "Law of Persons", which is grounded in private law. This system is predicated on a corporate structure and its statuatory makeup over custom and usage law. And finally, as to point three in regard to not saying anything, will also provide your consent. The act of not saying anything is covered by the following maxim of law:
Qui tacet consentire videtur. He who is silent appears to consent.
As nothing was repealed in the original constitution people still believe its principles exist for them. The problem is most Americans wish to be deceived and wherefore caught-up in the three points made above. This allows them to be secretly controlled. In examination, there is one word that aptly defines what they have done:
du•plic•i•ty, n., 1.a. Deliberate deceptiveness in behavior or speech. b. An instance of deliberate deceptiveness; double-dealing. 2. The quality or state of being twofold or double. ~American Heritage Dictionary
Unfortunately for the unwitting participants, the courts have cunningly set aside constitutional issues by not hearing anything they deem to be "political questions". Also, this is why a lot of cases where perceived "de jure" constitutional rights are involved are not heard by the court. Generally, such cases will be dismissed without any explanation.
The practical way to be free from usurpation of God given rights is to "come out" of the delusions.
